Shower Mat Types

There are two distinct types of shower mat.

Rubber shower mats generally have suction cups on the underside to help prevent slipping, this type of shower mat is generally used in domestic situations and in commercial premises such as residential care homes.

Duck board shower mats are generally made from PVC and are anti-microbial making them a particularly hygienic option for use in communal showers. They raise the feet away from the shower floor.

Both types of shower mat offer anti slip properties helping to prevent slip accidents.
